Exchange Via Courier
We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase from haidi.lk. If you need to exchange an item, please review the following guidelines
Eligibility for Exchange
Condition of Items: You may return most items in a new and unused condition. Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging wherever possible.
Notification: If you wish to return your order, you must notify us within one day of receiving the goods. You then have 2 days to return the items to us.
Exchange Process
Notify Us: Contact us within one day of receiving your order to inform us of your intention to exchange the item.
Prepare the Item: Ensure the item is in new and unused condition and, if possible, in its original packaging.
Return the Item: You have 2 days from the date of notification to return the item to us.
Important Details
Size Exchange Only: Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to exchange items for a different style. We can only process exchanges for a different size of the same item.
Non-Exchangeable Items: Please note that discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
