Returns & Exchange Policy

At HAIDI, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please review the policy below.

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Original tags must remain attached.
• The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
• You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Exchange Timeframe

1. Contact HAIDI within 24 hours of receiving your order to request an exchange.
2. Once approved, the item must be returned within 2 days from the date of notification.

Requests made after these periods may not be accepted.

Size Exchanges Only

Due to the volume of orders, we currently offer exchanges only for a different size of the same item.

We are unable to exchange:

• Items for a different style
• Items for a different design
• Items for a different product

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Discounted or sale items
• Clearance items
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable courier service, as HAIDI cannot be responsible for items lost during transit.

Exchange Approval

All exchange requests are subject to inspection upon receipt. HAIDI reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
